Dr. Joan Henry-Fields Founder and Executive Director A Word About Joan

Dr. Joan Henry-Fields owns two small businesses: (1) “Out in The Fields LLC,” a company specializing in real estate consulting and cleaning, financial empowerment, and business start-ups. (2) “RESA Incorporated” is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to impacting the lives of women and girls disadvantaged by societal or economic circumstances to help them enhance their quality of life.

Joan is also the founder of the “WEE Global Network” which is widely known for its annual event (The WEE Entrepreneurial Conference since 2008). Joan is an International Radio
Personality, Internet TV Host, Contributing Writer for several magazines, and Published Author. Joan’s academic achievements include a Bachelor’s in Human Services from the Audrey Cohen College in New York, a Master’s in Social Work from Howard University, Washington DC, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on entrepreneurship, from Grand Canyon University, Arizona.
