RESA mentors women and girls how to dress and speak in a work-appropriate approach including resume preparation, completing job applications, Mock interviews, Cultural Competency/Diversity, Career Mapping and Work Ethics. RESA also conducts other activities through individual and team-based assignments, seminars, workshops, and cover the following seven companies: Soft-skills, Job Readiness, Career Development, Computer Skills, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Job Placement Assistance.
